I needed a fill valve replacement with one of my toilets, and when the company I had been using for several years came to help me, they ended up not having time to do the repair, and said they would re-schedule. However, soon after they left, my toilet started to leak. When I called to ask them to come back to fix it, they neglected to return my call until four hours later, We re-scheduled for the next day, but the plumber never showed up, or called to say if he was coming or not. Out of desperation and frustration, I googled Sav-On Plumbing in Sun City. After reviewing their website, reading about their excellent staff and services, plus the stunning reviews and testimonials, I took a leap of faith and called them. Tom Thornton, the owner, answered right away, listened to my situation, and scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am this morning with Dan Hubbard. Dan arrived on time, listened to my sad and frustrating story, then diagnosed the problem as a toilet tank rebuild. He was friendly, kind, caring, and professional. Even my finicky little dog liked him, and he doesn't usually like anyone he doesn't know!! I received two wonderful discounts, 20.00 towards my new service, and 100.00 off for a repair of 300.00 or more, expiring March 31st.. I also signed up for their Sav-On VIP Club, to get preferential service, promotional perks, etc., at no cost to me. Dan had the entire toilet tank rebuild in about 30-40 minutes!! I recommend Sav-On Plumbing to anyone who needs high quality work, and values professionalism, integrity, and caring, Sav-On Plumbing is now my "go to" plumbing company, for all my plumbing needs!!

Every time I call for a plumbing issue, the response is immediate. I also avoided a previously recommended but ultimately an unnecessary plumbing repair by getting a second opinion from Sav on plumbing. These folks are top notch and trustworthy. Highly recommend
Had a bathroom plumbing problem. Tom called us from out of town when he was on Thanksgiving holiday to help us. We had service the next day. Problem was solved! Can't thank them enough for their help. Will recommend them to our family and friends.
Called Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a voice message for a Monday call back. Owner answered my call and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Service Tech was on time (actually early), efficient and courteous. Two thumbs up!!

Very responsive to my request for fixing a water leak under my kitchen sink Dan Hubbard, the plumber who responded to repair the water leak, did an excellent job He quickly identified the problem; clearly explained to me what needed to be done to resolve the problem; showed me the cost estimate to reslove the water leak; and then he repaired the water leak He has a great attitude, great demeanor, and he is very easy to work with Dan is a knowledgeable professional and credit to your organization
The service man was very professional and did a great job. However the cost was a surprise. It was more than anticipated. I have and will continue to use Sav-On Plumbing. They are very good at what they do.
Jesse and Dan were awesome! Not only did they stop leak under kitchen but also pointed out several other defects with plumbing. I said go ahead and fix everything. Instead of having to make another appointment, they went and got parts and came back and replaced all the faulty lines and valves. They were a Godsend. Would highly recommend.
